Stretch marks won't ever go away completely.

There are sooooOooOoO many creams/bottled stuff thats 'supposed' to help reduce the appearance, but I've yet to hear of one that has any real positive effect at doing so.

Tanning/sun will help to reduce the appearance cosmetically (they will not disappear) and I've seen this also in family I have over living in sunny places :3

Of course exercise to 'un-stretch' the skin will always help, and is a way of preventing them as well.
