Hence why I see it as a giant Mode 2 Buff
Can't wait for it in my TW WZC. NTDs take out an eighth of my HP in one shot to the front.
I don't have WZC, so how strong is the buff? Is it so visibly effective?
Also, still can't decide between continuing HP-ATK or giving my OC3 HP-ATK WZC DEF to counter the gay numbers of NTDs in TW.
