I would go down to Rage of Elements for the Magic Crit Rate and Damage increase.

If you have the spare points, you could go down to Elemental Master (other tree). The Elemental Flow tree takes quite a lot of SP so it's really hard to get all the skills you want and have that passive. Probably won't be able to get it until level 193 or higher. :x
