erm.. '-' I think you're wrong Momiji, there are other in game capes, not as popular/accesible as poppuri leaf cape, but I think there are few Lighthouse/Chaos capes out there.. and those are pretty good for in game items.

In my humble opinion, this cape is decent, not good, but decent, still, Lighthouse and Chaos capes seems slightly better though, but I think one can temper it and get nice results, CFs today makes all the difference.
