Nothing like Dondurma on a summer day. Turkish ice cream (dondurma) has a chewy quality to it, omg. It also doesn't melt easily. Street vendors churn and serve it with the cone on the stick, and twirl it in front of your face, but it doesn't fall off because it's so thick and chewy. Ahhhhh
