Oh gosh, that's so horrible. I got dizzy a bit as I started imagining it... I saw a similar article to this before, so I'm wondering if this is the same. I'm even more disgusted they let her get away with it.
More reason why I didn't like China in the first place, assuming that this case was from China. Human prioritization over animals and all in there, I guess. =l
