Irregardless isn't a word. (Well, it falls into the category of incorrect words/usages like 'ain't' and 'conversate' and 'ATM Machine/PIN Number' and
Regardless means "without regard."
Regard means "regard."
Irregardless has the same meaning as regardless except that it's not a real word. English teachers go mad over stuff like that, you know?
