If you're using mozilla firefox, you can download several data files at the same time. I did 15 at the same time and now I was able to go back online on HK. It just took several hours since I needed all of them from data001 to data124.

*EDIT* Also, small problem. When I try to use one of Eve's skill (the summon one) The game crashes right away, same thing if I try to enter a lvl 27-28 dungoen (using my brothers acc) with Sieg or w.e
