I have noticed it takes more seal breakers to get items now. I bought a pack of 60 and within those 60 I could get a set for a lvl 20 char. But now it looks like they lowered the rate in which you get items, b.c I bought 80 scrolls used on my elesis for lvl 20 and I still need like 3 accessories -__-. Has anyone noticed this? Or has it been random this whole time and I have just been lucky?
