Cute hats: G-Clef headphone thingies, Karu (hat), and the Marie Elle's Helmet.
Not THE ugliest, but it looks bad on any character: Peridot Shamrock Headband. It looks very nice in the sprite and image, but once you put it on, you see how ugly the lime green is, how puffy the shamrock is.... D;
...Weapons can be CUTE?
Ugliest Mask = LEMUR MASK.
