jst view HK update sections to see current week's events and ask questions there if you have any trouble/concerns in week's event

create the necessary item from the NPC itself(denoted by the image on the left side of the select word) after creating the said item go back to that option then click on what type of reward you want(on the right side of select) and after that click that chinese word to receive item
