o joy IP block =/ well it wouldnt be so bad if your regeon actually HAD a version that was in bloody english (from the UK and EU version is in English) so either Kill3rCombo keep UK IP's unblocked or Gameforge make a english translation for the EU version (even if its a US import idc as long as the game is in english and I can understand it)
