EXP/TMEXP is based on your lvl in relation to the monster's lvl:
EXP for equal or higher lvl monsters:
For non-magic skills: EXP = (HP removed x 1.2)
for magic skills: EXP = (HP removed x 1.25)
TMEXP is roughly calculated as:
base value = enemy level x 20 + 10
you then take that base value (BV) and times it by a ratio based on relation of the monsters lvl to your lvl
+35 ~ BV x 1.8
+34 - +25 ~ BV x 1.6
+24 - +15 ~ BV x 1.4
+14 - +5 ~ BV x 1.2
+4 - -4 ~ BV x 1
-5 - -14 ~ BV ÷ 1.2
-15 - -24 ~ BV ÷ 1.4
-25 - -34 ~ BV ÷ 1.6
-35 ~ BV ÷ 1.8
So I can't calculate your EXP as I don't have fiesta monsters HP, and I can't calculate your TMEXP as I don't have your lvl.

I will once I can actually figure for the quest: what NPC gives it, what item, how many per cycle and how many cycles. At this point all I think I have figured out is inventor gale's needs these
, and the blue coat elf's quests involve collecting 100 items.
