This suit is high tier and the B rank list....
Low tier would be NT-1(B) or GP01fb, mid tier would be wing or BD3
But the most common high tier people talk about would be that BR ZakuIII
Although a tanky scissor sounds tempting, I prefer suits that stay back and can engage in battle from almost any range ( REGZ BWS) but would only expose themselves if emergencies.
Nice review, and I remember that when this was first used in TW, rock users switched to a more range orientated rock or scissors cause of that intense def without any fortress skill....
