Brotip: Check where the email originated from, it will say something like hotmail.com, battle.net etc. Also check the urls by hovering over them. This can at times expose hidden links that would take you to a scam site if clicked.
And not to bash the forums inbuilt method of image hosting but I couldn't read jack when clicking the image to check. However what I could make out, it was an obvious fake asking for your secret question etc.
