peyita(3x map) has dogs in it and you need to get necklaces from lizards from besma(3rd dungeon)
3/5 and 4/5 part of the quest of 1st Locked skill are of the same drop but different target marks 20 and 30 respectively
someone already had a problem with regards to drop rate of the said item when that player was doing this 4/5 part of the quest; he really ranted and told us here that he cant find the drop in besma so he instead hunted for it in peyita but to no avail cant he find a single drop in peyita; so i told him to hunt for the necklaces in 3-4 with a 4-man-party so that the 2x drop rate function will activate(works for quest items too) then that guy never replied afterwards.......
See for yourself, i have already done this quest for several times already(different characters and jobs), i'm just trying to help out
