This can be possible without MyShop... Get a AP helm, HP shield, HP/AP accessory, Pop Leaf Vest(HP)/2nd aniv. vest (AP), and a possible lend of a boss unique sword with elemental compound...
However, the capes can be obtain from Poppuri events. So if you see a event that rewards a cape, do that quest to get it.
Finally, you maybe only get MyShop if you want to be a pure HP/HV/AP Diva if you want to GvG/PvP.
(To bad I can't share my experience on a non-MyShop Diva because I already have majority of the (MyShop) Coldvice 150 set prepared....)
