I say keep the idea of the poll alive(I liked the idea, as did many others), but don't let people post in the thread, just vote and leave. If they want to argue, keep it out of the public and let them deal with their problems in private.

As for the {Terror} thing, if so many people believe he did it, and some think there wasn't enough proof, put him in the "People To Watch Out For" list. Let the person who's going to do a trade/lending thing decide whether to trust him or not.
