To be honest, it doesn't even look like Dacy got balanced. All they did was slap on the passives and added text to the skill descriptions that doesn't even match. On a character like Tia, you can clearly see damage jumps when it says Attack+, but on Dacy's, it looks like it is nothing except for looks to be misleading.
Oh well. I'm surprised you updated the guide, haha.
