I got Chaf too, which unfortunately isn't worth that much, and is the most common pet. Prices will only go down for it, Batis is the one to go for profit, which is also the rarest. Traded the Chaf for a Seahorse title lol, else I could only pawn it off for 3.5m.
The only maint for your pet should be hunger, and you can recover that by afking in town, so you should be able to.
