more about the NPC card packs. basically if they have a quests in the region their card shows up in that regions pack.
umm there's also the "forgotten ark" which is a aria exchange item, needs 3 card hunter necklace things, and 1 of each of the 3 developer photos. Not sure what you get from it, but my friend did get a hat that refines for DA.
