ggFTW - View Single Post - [OGPlanet] Run your Latale Client on VLOW

I did everything everyone said, and um, when I click the modified shortcut, it gives me the usual "are you sure you want to run this program?" then the usual "AppLocale is a temporary solution," then there's the little swirly loady thing that appears next to the cursor, then it disappears and nothing happens. Here's my target:

C:\Windows\AppPatch\AppLoc.exe "F:\Julie\littermaker\Junk\LaTale\LaTaleClient.exe " "/Windowed /LoginServer:67.201.57.134:10000 /Run:VLOW /LOCALE:USA /PUBLISHER:OGPLANET" "/L0411"

I dunno what could be wrong. =/ I'm using Windows 7 btw.
