I don't know if anyone else plays Touhou here but
yeah, I think you need a Hamachi server in order to establish a good connection
that's what I did with immaterial and missing power/scarlet weather/UNL when I was playing with my friends.
EDIT: Although I would rather play UNL :s i need to practice my Suwako combos <3 notice she's my avatar
