SO I'm about to rebirth again and since I usually don't rebirth my characters more than twice I need a perma build that I'm going to stick with.
Idk whether or not to max twirling hammer or the slowing hammer bless. I mean the bless = more damage to current skills, but twirling hammer has invinci frames + low cd + good damage.
Here's my current build (9 points left over, but if I max twirling I'll wait till lvl 86 to max then.)
