No matter what, you have no choice but to keep them apart.
There is very good reasoning behind this, which is why any recently developed game with customization is bound to have hundreds of not thousands of graphic files
for a single character!

When it comes to character->boss customization, I specifically excluded it and allowed Taylor to write it instead.
Because I wanted to avoid adding impractical and buggy modifications such as this.
