ggFTW - View Single Post - I don't have hero quests for how many levels T.T pleaaase help

I checked my journal, but i haven't finished "Someone's Fugitive" yet. I'm already level 26. The quest requirement is to meet Colin in Port of the Winds, but he does not have a hero quest. How was that? Is it a bug?
