Melody took a sip of her water that she ordered and got up. The smell from the stains on the floor was starting to get to her, and her appetite was completely gone. She slipped out of the tavern and began to walk off to the inn she had passed earlier, humming as she walked.
On her way out, however, she heard the sounds of a terrible explosion. She looked up as flames lit up the sky, illuminating everything around her. She sighed, and thought about the guild she was trying to join.
