<raises hand> This looks alot like "guest" registration for Korean Elsword.
A Guest account only requires you to provide username, e-mail and password. However, since it's a guest account it will only let you level up to level 20.
I am not sure whether or not this is a guest account since I can't read it, and I've never played TW Elsword either.
Can anyone confirm that they can level past 20 (or have any other restrictions) using this method?
