After another hour and a half m7 tanking session, the first 30 minutes of which was 2x exp, I leveled my Astray Gold frame to C1, and mixed Amatsu.
Now debating on whether or not to roll another Strike to make Aile strike and then Freedom, and save this particular C1 Gold frame for when Strike Freedom finally comes out..
