I know, I'm just lazy right now. Although magic accuracy only works on orange and red mobs .-. doesn't do a thing for yellow, green or grey.
So here you go:
Generalizations.
Most balance factors have been increased by 1. (so just +1 monster hit, no change in damage)
Ice storm can now be combo'd with
4th levels have been added to tier II skills.
Level requirements have been lowered for tier II skills (to level up, NOT to get the skill itself, gg ogp)
