^ That's why I normally level my ranged characters together, and attempt to solo my melee. If I have to put a melee with a ranged (like my current to-Expert team, Grace/Soho/Romina), then I put the melee on hold a few in front of the healer and ranged (while their backs are to the wall or something) so it can bait mobs towards the ranged's range.
