It's very hard to get what's going on with your clients since this never happened to me.
And usually, you shouldn't have anything running besides your Desktop and Grand Chase client.
Have you guys tried your firewall too?
OR, it could all be the Warlord patch's fault. (Geez, there's ALWAYS something wrong with each patch.)
