KOTAROU'S TWO EASY STEPS TO NOT GET THE FORUM SCREWED UP
1. If someone flames/baits you (or someone else), PRESS REPORT 
BUTTON IMMEDIATELY. State reason. Press SUBMIT. If we determine the post to be a flame/bait, it will get shot down.
2. If you REPLY TO THE FLAME with your OWN FLAME (sarcasm, jabs, rants, etc.), you get shot down as well.
