my 21st is coming up!
but i kinda have a problem
i would have a party at my house, but alot of the people i'm inviting don't have cars (i live far from school, most people i'm inviting leave near school)
plus my neighbor is really strict about the noise level
i was thinking asking a friend to host at their place
if that doesn't work, i might have it at beach?
idunno, maybe like a birthday dinner first, then whoever wants to go to the party after can come
