maybe because i don't use RE that much but I would -2 RE and use it on 1 Wind Spinning Breaker for pushing in myth and 1 Hurricane Lightning Bolt because 1 is enough on it to do good aoe dmg, things in myth are big, you can prob get all hits on 1 monster
*I haven't mythed on Ralph yet so these are all things that are playing in my mind on how they work, how they really work may vary
