The quest books goes like this:
Your start the quest by using it,and redeem the quest by using it again. However, it's not consumed,so you'll only need one. There are some other books which gives multiple quests,and it works the same too.
Aeria sorta messed up - like the prompt to craft becomes "???" instead of the usual. Some translation errors bound to happen.
