Sure , how hax can it be even if it comes from a quest or the boss like the ones from usual bosses?
If it is the same (and a Chronos accessory actually exists) as the normal boss accessories , it would probably have 33points in the majority of the stats, X AP and Y MP&HP
If not , then i guess we won't be able to loot Chronos' shiny red necklace
