What is the fastest way to level? Solo? Duo? a team of 4?

I am just wondering because if it is a team of 4 I was going to try and set up a static team for leveling, but if it isn't as fast then I won't bother.

Another Question

When do you think that they will release Female gunners? I heard that they were added in kDnF before the priest patch was released, is there any truth to that?
