Bullet of Death is useless... level 1 is enough for it. You don't even need it for combos (Just allows you to combo longer and make your combos tourney legit), and the damage with it sucks.
Amplified rail gun is best left at level 1. You can max it if you know how to use in the air or want to be the world's biggest douche by freeze or stun amping people on the ground xD
