The Japanese version as the IP block which is easily bypass-able with a proxy. The Korean version requires you to have a KSSN, though there is an account guide somewhere that lets you bypass that requirement as well by inputting a certain age.
Hm. What does the Korean version have that the English doesn't (other than EVERYTHING?) Is it worth going through all that trouble to play when there's a chance I'll be stuck in a room full of Koreans I can't understand? :|
