Anyway, it usually occurs mid game round and i think its because the laptop memory is overloaded and couldnt handle the game. A simple solution is to use Registery easy to clean and fix your registery then give it a try and it should work fine. (if it happens again later try cleaning again)

I cleaned the registry still the same... it keep crashing at the video or login page.
